Shipping Policy

At Eggprints, we are committed to providing you with a transparent and efficient shopping experience. This policy provides detailed information about our shipping process, costs, and delivery times. Please read it carefully to understand how we process and deliver your order.

1. Shipping area

Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United States.

We do not support shipping to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Military Address (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Overseas territories of the United States (e.g. Puerto Rico, Guam).

2. Shipping costs

We want to bring the clearest and most reasonable shipping fees to customers.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $4.99

  • Free United States shipping on all orders over $99.00

All shipping costs will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.

3. Processing Time & Delivery

To ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible, we divide the process into two clear stages:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.

4. Track your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain:

  1. Tracking Number of the package.

  2. Link so you can directly track your order’s journey on the shipping unit’s website.

Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24-48 hours to be updated on the shipping carrier’s system after you receive the email.

5. Damaged or lost goods

a. Goods damaged during transportation:

We always try to pack our products as carefully as possible. However, if you receive a damaged product, please:

  1. Contact our customer support within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product as well as the condition of the shipping box.

  3. We will promptly review and provide appropriate solutions, including sending a replacement or refund.

b. Lost package:

If your order has not arrived after 14 business days and the tracking information has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and locate the package. If it is confirmed as lost, we will reship your order or issue a refund.

6. Cancel order

You can request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. As we process orders very quickly, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has been handed over to the carrier (i.e. you have received a tracking number), we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you will need to follow our returns policy (if applicable) once you have received the product.
